Fermentation refinement: In stainless steel (16-18oC/4 weeks)
Aging: 6-7 months in slightly used barriques (with malolactic fermentation)
Colour: Intense golden yellow
Aroma: Deep, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers with a distinctive sensation of honey
Taste: Soft and elegant, with a good acidity and a fresh and persistent closing in the mouth
Fine perfume of citrus fruits and flowers with a hint of honey; considerable depth. Elegant body, definite character and good acidity; a fresh, lingering finish. Good aging potential.
