Palate: Powerful, well balanced, slightly fleshy feel of velvet, pleasant and elegant tannins.
Finish: Long intense.
Pairing: Capon, deer, strews, meat sauce, chicken in sauce, cheese and old cheese.
Ageing: In american and french oak barrels for 18 months then in bottle.
